<p>In 1987 he co-founded Understanding &amp; Solutions, which went on to become one of the most respected firm of industry analysts in its field, with a blue chip client base from around the world. The company merged with Decision Tree Consulting In June 2008 to form Futuresource Consulting, in order to offer an enhanced range of services.</p>
<p>At the heart of the Futuresource analysis is an in-depth understanding of the content, communications, storage, broadcast, computing, mobile and consumer electronics sectors, all of which the company tracks right throughout the supply chain, from components and content creation through to retail sales and end consumer usage patterns.</p>

<p>Mr. Lin’s responsibilities include overall management of the finance and accounting functions, formulating long-range corporate strategic plans, optimizing organizational and operational structures, setting sales and financial goals, analyzing and measuring performance, as well as evaluating new product and new market development opportunities. Mr. Lin is also the key executive in charge of Monster’s international business, which covers various aspects of distribution, finance, tax, strategic sourcing, and business development strategies.</p>
<p>Mr. Lin has been with Monster Cable for over 16 years and has worked up the ranks during his tenure at Monster. He has held key management positions in various areas in the Company, running important functions such as sales and financial analysis, financial and strategic planning, banking relationship, risk management, facilities, Asia supplier relationships and international operations. Prior to being appointed to the current position, Mr. Lin was Director of Finance &amp; Planning for Monster Cable. Prior to joining Monster, Mr. Lin had worked in China for multinational companies in the fields of international shipping and logistics, as well as import and export.</p>
<p>Mr. Lin holds an M.B.A. degree in Finance &amp; International Business from the University of San Francisco, and a B.A. degree in English and Maritime Business from Shanghai Maritime University.</p>

Mr. Olson spent 4 years in India creating a new  division for hydraulic assemblies in the fast moving heavy equipment industry in  the late 90’s. Mr. Olson is one of the original patent holders for rubber tracks  in the agricultural industry and he is a Six Sigma Blackbelt. His experience  includes product &amp; equipment design, plant design and construction,  Operations Management, Quality Assurance, and General Management. Mr. Olson has  been with Cisco for 9 years and worked in Singapore as a Management Consultant  to the SE Asian Manufacturing arena for Cisco’s IBSG Consulting team.</p>

<p>Prior to joining Capgemini, Mr. Pearlman served as Interim CTO at Toyota Motor Sales, Enterprise Services, CTO at Koios Works (an entertainment development organization), Senior Manager at Hitachi Consulting and Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting.
